The internet subscription is always charged one month in advance because FASTfiber also has to pay its suppliers one month in advance and provide payment guarantees.

The 1st invoice

For the internet, 3 periods are charged:

• Period 1: subscription for the remaining days of the previous month, starting from the activation day.
• Period 2: subscription for the current month.
• Period 3: subscription for the next month.

For mobile, the following 2 periods are charged, plus any possible call or data costs:

• Period 1: subscription for the remaining days of the previous month, starting from the activation day.
• Period 2: subscription for the current month.
• Call/data costs from the previous month, if applicable.

TV is not charged as the first month is free.

Landline

• Call costs from the previous month, if applicable.

The 2nd invoice and subsequent monthly invoices

Internet

• Subscription for the next month.

Mobile

• Subscription for the current month.
• Call/data costs from the previous month, if applicable.

TV

• Subscription for the current month.

Landline

• Call costs from the previous month, if applicable.
