The expected activation date of your fiber internet for a new fiber connection depends on several network elements.
In your home or office
A fiber socket (installed by your fiber network provider) and a fiber modem (installed by Proximus) need to be placed in your home or office.
In your neighborhood
In your neighborhood, Proximus must install the fiber network and connect it to the local fiber central (OLT). This central is then connected to the national network.
Once we are informed that these steps have been completed, we will schedule an activation date for you as soon as possible. Other operators cannot activate your line faster than FASTfiber, as all operators use the same fiber network.
